110 Years Celebrations

The 110 years celebrations commenced on Friday 1st March 2013, with the Roedean Foundation Day Celebrations. The new Learn-to-Swim Junior Swim Pool was also officially opened on this day. This pool is yet another wonderful addition to our facilities and will continue to build and enhance the profile of sport at Roedean. On Saturday our alumni association SAORA took centre stage and the Matric class were also invited to attend. This occasion is always a delight with hundreds of Roeadean Old Girls travelling from many parts of the globe to rekindle friendships and relish, once again, the stories and times they shared at the “Best” School of All.
During the course of 2013, we will invite you to attend a number of celebratory occasions, amongst which will be the official opening of our newly constructed sports facilities and capital development projects. Our annual music picnic will also lend itself to a fun day themed around Roedean’s remarkable history.
