Letter from the Executive Head

Congratulations on your superb results. Last year was an extraordinarily challenging year and required the ability to adapt rapidly to constant change in your learning and home environments. To have obtained such excellent academic results in the face of great adversity is remarkable and you all deserve to feel proud of your achievements. The time, effort and determination you put into your work during the year and your meticulous preparation for the examinations have truly paid off. Each one of you rose to the challenge and each one of you acquitted yourself exceptionally well. The staff and I are extremely proud of you all and celebrate these results and your success.

I would also like to pay tribute to the dedicated staff members whose commitment to your academic development, while also having to adapt to exponential changes required in both their work and their home environments, contributed significantly to your success.

I trust that the confidence you should all have gained from your success in the National Senior Certificate examinations and your ability to adapt effectively to exponential change - your strong Adaptability Quotient (AQ) - will stand you in good stead as you face the challenges of tertiary education over the next few years. I have no doubt that you will flourish as you go out into the world to lead lives of significance.

Yours sincerely

MRS F ROGERS
